QualiRépar claims

Starting point

A significant share of claims wasn't being filed, delaying payments and straining cashflow. Manual handling capped the accounting team's capacity.

What we built

Automation of the handling and submission of claims to speed up execution and make follow-up reliable.

Outcome

€58k recovered. From roughly 30 claims filed in 2 days to 96 in 6 hours. Non-submission rate down from 50 % to 2 % on average — trending toward 0.

Invoices went out, but tracking unpaid bills meant manual searches across email, PDFs and the ERP. Reminders sent by hand, no real visibility.
