Why me

What I bring.

Not the experience of a seasoned entrepreneur with 20 years of track record. But a proven ability to quickly build a business, test a concept, fund it with own capital, and ship solid software. It's a pattern that repeats across every company in the group.

Fast execution

Building a project from scratch, structuring, testing, iterating — that's what's been done on every company in the group. This experience transfers directly to consulting.

Product vision

Turning an outdated process into a digital tool, thinking SaaS, automating — that's the core of the work. Taking a company running on spreadsheets and moving it to a real platform.

Development

Strong technical level. Full-stack, architecture, AI. A single person who understands the business and writes the code.

Main mission

Numeriks Corp

Technical leadership · Since mid-2025

Group of around twenty companies. I handle all the software. They were running on very outdated systems — Excel, case-by-case management, manual processes. The management was no longer up to the group's scale. The goal: 100% digitalization, bring the right tools, drive sales, ROI, and eliminate losses from broken processes.

Full digitalization of the group, increased sales, ROI optimization, elimination of operational losses — and potentially more if business opportunities arise.

What I actually do

01

Development and architecture of all internal tools across the group

02

Centralized management system for 20+ entities

03

Dev and maintenance of client-facing apps (booking, management)

04

Automation of operational processes

05

Art direction — mascots, visual identity, branding

06

Solving business-specific problems for each entity

07

Ongoing maintenance, updates, technical support

How it works

Christophe Caron runs the group. He knows the field, the teams, the clients, the day-to-day problems. I handle the technical side — development, architecture, tools.

In practice, he comes with a problem he's facing in one of his companies. We discuss it, I propose an approach, I build it, I deliver it. He tests with his teams, comes back with feedback, we iterate. It's really a two-person effort — he has the field and end-user vision, I have the technical and product vision.

We see eye to eye on a lot of things, we have similar views on how things should be done. That's what makes it work — it's not just a client/contractor relationship, it's a real collaboration.

And it's not just development. His vision, his ideas — I translate them into formats I master. But that often means rethinking the approach, the user journey, the business logic. You can't just code what already exists but better — you have to adapt how things are done so the result actually delivers.

Concrete example

The coworking, among others.

Before

Outdated booking system

Invoices written by hand by the sales rep

No client application

Acquisition limited to a static website

Growth ceiling reached

After

Integrated booking module (coworking, offices, meeting rooms)

Client app — booking, account, automatic Wi-Fi connection

Automated invoicing — management time reduced to zero

Sales rep can focus on other tasks

New marketing lever — ads, digital acquisition

Growth ceiling broken — growth potential reopened

04
Other work

What I do on the side.

Missions for other clients, as needed.

01

App and website dev

Web applications, sites, SaaS platforms. Modern stack, clean code.

02

Automations

Scripts, bots, tool connectors. Anything that cuts repetitive manual work.

03

Technical consulting and audits

Code audits, stack choices, architecture recommendations. An outside perspective.

04

SaaS consulting

Guidance on building SaaS products — architecture, business model, stack, go-to-market.

05
Approach

Direct. No middleman.

One person from brief to delivery. No project manager between the client and the dev.

Single point of contact end-to-end
Short iterations, frequent deliveries
Modern and comprehensive stack
Clean, documented, maintainable code
Adapted to the need, no rigid packages

Link with the group

Same person, two structures.

The French sole proprietorship and the Estonian group DVP Holding are run by the same person. What's learned on one side feeds the other.
