Not just another bootcamp.

FormaCash is a tech training platform. The core idea is to control the entire chain — from learning to job placement — without ever depending on a third-party service. The website is formacash.fr. Based in Estonia, like the rest of the group.

The problem

In a typical bootcamp or online school, the model is: one student = one tuition fee. Period. You sell your course for 4,190€, maybe you sell a couple plugins on the side, and that's it. You have a single financial touchpoint with your customer.

The solution

At FormaCash, we have two closely linked catalogs that don't require much extra effort. B2C side, the learner pays for their training. B2B side, the company that hires our learner also pays. We position ourselves as a recruiter.

The result

It costs almost nothing extra to set up. It's about organization and design upfront, then it runs itself. No need to resell data, no outsourcing to a recruitment agency. We handle the matchmaking ourselves.
