Every ad platform has its own dashboard.

Meta counts conversions its way. Google has its own way. TikTok the same. Result: the numbers never match. It's impossible to know which channel actually performs.

Last-click attribution is the norm, but it's a lie. A customer sees an Instagram ad, clicks a Google ad the next day, and converts. Google takes 100% of the credit. Instagram = 0%. Budgets are allocated based on false data.

Ad tracking data is massive time series — millions of events per day for an active client. PostgreSQL doesn't scale for that.

ClickHouse is a columnar database optimized for analytics. Aggregate queries on billions of rows in milliseconds. That's what enables real-time in the dashboard.

PostgreSQL remains for relational data — accounts, plans, config. Each database does what it does best.
